Hijabi Tween Refund and Exchange Policy

At Hijab Tween, we want our customers to feel confident and happy with their purchase. because we are a small brand focused on modest fashion for tweens, we do not offer refunds - but we're happy to help with exchanges if something doesn't fit quite right!

Exchanges Only

• We offer size or colour exchange only, within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and still have tags attached.
• To request an exchange, email us at hijab.tween@hotmail.com with your order number and what you would like to exchange.
• For hygiene reasons, we do not offer exchange on Hijabs, caps and accessories.

Conditions

• Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.
• We'll cover shipping for the replacement item going back to you (1 time exchange only).

No Returns/ Refunds

• We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases where the item was damaged or incorrect when delivered.
